NVE Experience Agency in London seeks a Senior Experiential Designer to shape spatial design and expression of brand experiences for top clients. You will drive concept through execution, mentor junior designers, and lead craft across projects in a fast-paced studio environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in experiential marketing, advanced skills in Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-enabled workflows, with a proven portfolio of built work and strong client presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates exceptional design craft and narrative-driven spaces.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI in design.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of experiential concepts from mood boards to technical layouts.
• Drive complex design work from concept to final execution balancing creativity and practicality.
• Present design work and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio craft across projects.
• Collaborate with teams and external partners to ensure successful design implementation.
