Job summary

Momentum Worldwide in London is seeking a mid-weight Experience Designer (XD) to lead the end-to-end experience design process, from concept to execution, including customer journey mapping, 3D design and visualization. You will work with a cross-functional team to craft bold, retail-focused experiences for major brands.

The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling, collaboration skills, and a passion for experiential design that blends physical, digital, and content-driven moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Experience Design from concept to execution.
• Ability to map customer journeys and create 3D design visualisations.
• Strong storytelling and communication for clients and teammates.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in experiential/commerce design.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end experience design from concept to execution.
• Create customer journey maps and 3D visualisations for projects.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Concept, Design and Artwork teams.
• Deliver bold, memorable designs for commerce and experiential environments.
