Job summary

Homerun B.V. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior 3D Environment Artist to lead the environment art for a new project in early development. You will collaborate with a small, diverse team to define pre-production visuals using Blender and Unity.

The role supports hybrid or remote work, with occasional London studio time encouraged. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with benefits including BUPA private medical, pension, profit share and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level ownership as primary environment artist for a vertical slice in early development.
• Full-pipeline 3D environment craft: Blender modelling, texturing, dressing and lighting in Unity.
• Strong composition, colour and shape language with a technical lean towards lighting or shaders.
• Experience shipping a PC or console title.

Responsibilities

• Define visual aspirations for game areas with Lead Artist.
• Own the full environment pipeline from modelling to lighting in Unity.
• Apply art treatments to whitebox scenes using Unity and internal tools.
• Iterate from playtesting with a small team.
