Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join a growing STEM-focused team in central Manchester. The role covers 360 recruitment across space, advanced engineering, AI, robotics, and Industry 4.0 markets.

You will own your desk, develop client relationships, and manage the complete recruitment process from initial engagement to successful placement, with hybrid working in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• A successful track record of recruitment delivery.
• A commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
• The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of your market.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your desk within the Space, Advanced Engineering & Emerging Tech markets.
• Manage the full recruitment process from client engagement to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with US and European clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the STEM recruitment group to share knowledge and opportunities.
