Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a growing STEM-focused team, delivering 360 recruitment across US and European markets.

You will own your market, win new business, build relationships with clients and candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment from initial engagement through to successful placement. Hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience essential.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills required.
• Proven track record in recruitment delivery.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own your market and develop client relationships across US/Europe.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from engagement to placement.
• Collaborate with STEM recruitment group to share knowledge and opportunities.
