Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd in Manchester is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360 desk across the US and Europe, focusing on space, advanced engineering and emerging tech markets. You’ll build relationships with businesses and candidates and take ownership from engagement to placement.

The role can be permanent or contract, with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office and the rest remotely, offering a strong base and uncapped commission for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space, Advanced Engineering or related technical markets.
• Recruitment experience in US markets is a plus.
• Permanent or contract recruitment background.
• Ability to grow own client base and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment desk across US and European markets.
• Develop relationships with businesses and candidates.
• Manage full recruitment process from engagement to placement.
• Collaborate within a STEM recruitment group to share knowledge.
