Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Senior 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant to build a new agency desk in the South West. You will take ownership from day one, winning work, supplying trades, and running the desk with strong director backing.

This role requires a proven construction recruiter with a self-built desk, a track record of winning accounts, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• proven track record as a construction recruiter with a desk you built and ran yourself
• experience across all tiers of construction recruitment including securing clients and compliant workers
• ability to win business, deliver, and manage a busy desk

Responsibilities

• Win and grow accounts with main contractors, sub-contractors, groundworks and civils across the South West
• Fill orders quickly for labourers and skilled trades and manage timesheets and margins
• Visit sites, resolve issues, and keep clients happy when things go wrong
• Place site managers and other key staff for clients, both permanent and contract
• Shape processes, rate cards, and growth of the agency
