Job summary

ManpowerGroup, partnering with a growing MSP near Morley/Leeds, seeks a Senior IT Support Technician to provide second-line support across a range of client environments. You’ll handle Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and cloud solutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm, with salary up to £30,000 DOE. Join a collaborative team and further develop your cloud, networking and infrastructure skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP environment is essential.
• 2nd line support experience in IT.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
• Networking knowledge including VPNs, VLANs, switching, routing and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support across desktop, server and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to M365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD and Intune.
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues including VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and routing.
• Manage support tickets and system alerts via the helpdesk platform.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout resolutions.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
