West Ewell Primary School and Nursery is seeking a SENDCo and Lead Teacher for the Specialist Resource Provision (SLCN) to join our inclusive community. The role centers on developing SEND provision across the school, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and maintaining robust SEND governance.

We offer a competitive salary (£35,602 to £54,328) plus SEN Allowance, generous pension, training and development, and a supportive wellbeing program.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• NASENDCo or commitment to achieve within statutory timescales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.
• Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and relevant statutory guidance.
• Maintain oversight of the SEND Register and graduated response processes.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of SEND provision across all year groups.
