Job summary

The Victory Primary School, supported by Academics, is seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead and manage support for pupils with SEND. You will oversee inclusive practices across the school and raise standards by securing high quality provision.

Working with a team of Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff, you will implement effective strategies, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement. Salary and relocation expenses are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status with SENCo qualification or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience leading SEN provision and coordinating support staff.
• Ability to develop inclusive practices across the school.
