Job summary

The Victory Primary School wishes to appoint a SENCo who is committed to acquiring the relevant qualifications, to join their team and lead and manage support for pupils with SEND.

They will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities and will oversee inclusive practices across the school, and be highly effective in managing quality provision for children with SEND, raising standards and enabling all pupils to achieve their very best.

The Victory Primary School wishes to appoint a someone who is committed to acquiring the relevant qualifications, to join their team and lead and manage support for their pupils with Special Educational Needs and disabilities (SEND). They will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities. They will oversee inclusive practices across the school, and be highly effective in managing quality provision for children with SEND, raising standards and enabling all pupils to achieve their very best.

Alongside a strong team of Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff, the SENCo will work to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils but particularly for those on the SEND register.
