Job summary

Greenwich Waldorf School in South East London seeks a highly motivated SENDCo to lead and manage SEND and inclusive provision across the school, working with SLT, analysing data, planning interventions and monitoring day-to-day SEND operations.

You will model inclusive practice for staff, support teaching with interventions, contribute to evaluation and staff development, and participate in visits to the school to meet pupils and staff.

An exciting and crucial opportunity for a highly motivated and committed SENDCo has arisen in Greenwich Waldorf School to take a leading part in the development of SEND provision across the wider team.

You’ll hold key responsibility for all aspects of leading and managing SEND and wider inclusive provision across the school, including data analysis, supporting planning and implementation of interventions and strategies for SEND pupils alongside the Senior Leadership Team, and monitoring day-to-day operations with regards to the SEND policy and provision.

You’ll also contribute to evaluation and review processes that are in place, providing further guidance to teaching staff with delivering provision to SEND students and modelling successful inclusive strategies to promote high levels of achievement.
