Qualifications

• Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO).
• Proven experience leading or coordinating SEND provision in a primary setting.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation.
• Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs.
• Able to support and challenge colleagues to deliver inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision across Marine Park Primary while maintaining a teaching commitment.
• Work flexibly across the school, with a focus on early years and Key Stage 1.
• Build strong partnerships with families, external agencies and other professionals.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and ensure best outcomes for all children.
