EKC Schools Trust is seeking a SENDCo - Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team at a Canterbury school. You will drive inclusion, oversee SEND provision, and lead strategic development to raise outcomes for every pupil.

The role requires a proven track record in inclusive education, NASENCO qualification or willingness to work towards it, and outstanding communication with pupils, families and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to secure best outcomes.
• Develop staff expertise through professional development in inclusive practice.
• Promote wellbeing so pupils feel safe, valued and empowered to succeed.
