We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENDCo to join our inclusion team at Dale Hall Primary School. We are a highly inclusive school, ensuring our pupils feel supported and safe as well as working tirelessly to enable excellent progress and provision. We use the Thrive approach across the school and use compassion and understanding to build a secure base for our pupils, enabling them to build emotional resilience and secure attachments with our fantastic staff.

You will be responsible for overseeing the school’s provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that these students receive the support they need to succeed. This is a key leadership role within the school, working closely with the pastoral support team, Thrive and attendance lead, staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective provision for our SEND students.
