Our SEND provision is a key part of our school, and we seek a passionate and experienced secondary teacher ready to transition into the SENCO role.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified secondary teacher with SEND experience eager to advance into a leadership position. As SENCO, you will oversee our SEND provision, support children with high needs (including non-verbal autistic students), and manage a team of SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), ensuring tailored support for each child.
Please note: This role requires strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must pass all background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
