EFI Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students with EHCPs and SEND across Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy. You will help learners access the curriculum and develop independence, working closely with curriculum teams to implement individualized strategies.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification with Maths and English GCSEs, and experience with SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive education.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification (A Level or equivalent) and Maths and English GCSEs.
• Specialist qualification in Learning Support, Safeguarding, or First Aid, or willingness to undertake.
• Experience supporting young people with SEND in an educational setting.
• Expertise in safeguarding, wellbeing, equality and inclusion in Further Education.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, inclusive support to learners with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Support students across the Fashion Retail Academy and the London College of Beauty Therapy.
• Collaborate with Learning Support and Curriculum Teams to maintain positive learning environments.
• Implement agreed support strategies for individuals and groups.
