Job summary

EFI Group is hiring a Learning Support Assistant to support students with EHCPs and SEND across Fashion Retail Academy (FRA) and London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT). The role focuses on learning, wellbeing, and independence, within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Term-time only, 0.975FTE, 39 hours per week, on-site in London. The successful candidate will have Level 3 qualification with Maths/English GCSEs; experience with SEND, safeguarding, and a patient, professional approach is

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification (A Level or equivalent) and Maths and English GCSEs.
• Desirable: specialist qualification in Learning Support, Safeguarding, or First Aid, or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, inclusive support to learners with Learning Difficulties, emotional needs and/or Disabilities.
• Support learners with EHCPs and SEND across EFI and LCBT sites.
• Collaborate with Learning Support and Curriculum Teams to implement agreed strategies.
