Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
• Safeguarding knowledge and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring for Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback on student achievement
• Contribute to raising education standards for young people with SEND and SEMH needs
