Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to learners with additional needs.
- Differentiating learning to meet individual needs and abilities.
- Monitor progress and attainment to inform teaching.
- Support EHCP outcomes in collaboration with specialists.
- Create engaging learning experiences and assess learning outcomes.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support learners.
