Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking qualified SEND Tutors and Teachers to support students with SEND and SEMH needs across the UK. You will deliver Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online or hybrid settings, tailoring sessions to individual learning plans and safeguarding requirements.

We value flexible, trauma-informed approaches and offer competitive pay (£28-£35 per hour), CPD mentoring, and a supportive team to help you manage a busy, purpose-driven schedule around your availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD
• QTS or QTLS credential or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with right to work in the UK (remote/online allowed)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on progress
• Support and raise the standard of education for SEND learners with diverse needs
