Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to work with Schools and Local Authorities, delivering Maths or English or Science tutoring to disengaged and vulnerable learners using trauma‑informed, compassionate approaches.

We offer flexible in-person, hybrid and remote opportunities, competitive pay (£28–£35/hour), CPD and mentoring, and a welcoming community that supports safeguarding and inclusive education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH, in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback.
• Support safeguarding and create a safe learning environment.
