Job summary

BrightTeach SEND tutors deliver personalised one-to-one and small-group tutoring for learners with SEND, spanning early years to post-16. Lessons align with individual assessments and EHCP targets, with a focus on engagement and progression.

Tutors build rapport with complex learners, provide pastoral support, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support transitions and learning pathways.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Ability to deliver personalised tutoring across ages with complex needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke tutoring to learners with SEND, individually or in small groups.
• Assess progress, set targets, and report on outcomes to parents and schools.
• Provide pastoral/supportive mentoring and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
