Job summary

Remedy Tutors is seeking dedicated SEND Tutors to provide in-person and online 1:1 tuition across Dudley and Wolverhampton. You will work with students who have SEND needs, delivering personalised lessons to build confidence and achievement. Sessions are face-to-face at home or online, with flexible hours up to 15 per week.

Qualified teachers with QTS and DBS on Update Service are preferred. You will tailor plans for GCSEs, Functional Skills, or alternative outcomes while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience working with SEND learners is essential.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to the student's learning needs.
• Support pupils towards age-related expectations and GCSEs.

£30 - £35 per hour | Up to 15 hours per week | Flexible Hours | In-Person & Online Opportunities

Remedy Tutors, part of the Remedy Recruitment Group, are seeking dedicated and experienced SEND Tutors to support students across Dudley on a 1:1 basis.

We work with children and young people who may be out of mainstream education, have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), EHCPs, SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, or other barriers to learning. Sessions are typically delivered face-to-face in the student's home, although some tuition may be delivered online depending on the individual learner's needs.
