Job summary

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a Transformation Project Manager for SEND Reform and Transformation Programme. You will lead planning, delivery and implementation of major projects across education, health and social care, working with schools, partners and families to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation projects in a large organisation and in SEND services.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Experience developing business cases, undertaking analysis and using evidence to inform service improvement and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and work collaboratively across organisational boundaries.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, manage project teams and drive delivery to agreed timescales and outcomes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
• Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering better outcomes for residents.
