Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across Tottenham and surrounding areas. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist with differentiated learning activities, and help implement individual education plans.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND, understand autism/ADHD/SEMH, and show calm, patient, and proactive support. Salary is paid weekly through PAYE, with exclusive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Understanding of strategies for autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLCN, or other additional needs
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach
