Job summary

Senploy is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in and around London. The role is full-time and flexible supply, starting ASAP, with a focus on inclusive education and safeguarding.

You will assist teachers, promote positive behaviour, and help track progress. Experience with SEND and knowledge of EHCPs are valued, along with a caring, patient approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.
• Understanding of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive practice.
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach to supporting pupils.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Qualifications in education, childcare, or SEND support are desirable and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs in mainstream or specialist settings.

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

SEND Teaching Assistant

Full-time, flexible supply roles starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for support staff who are passionate about inclusive education and want to make a meaningful impact across different school settings. You'll be working with a range of schools in and around Haringey, supporting pupils with special educational needs.
