Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for day-to-day supply across Enfield and surrounding areas, starting immediately. You will support pupils with SEND in classrooms and small groups, assisting with IEPs and behaviour plans, with safeguarding at the core.

Ideal applicants have SEND experience, strong behaviour management, and a collaborative approach. DBS checks will be completed, and weekly PAYE payments apply, with access to exclusive staff offers.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable

Responsibilities
