Job summary

m2r Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant (Supply) in Bradford to support children with SEN across flexible day-to-day, short-term and longer assignments.

You will provide 1:1 or small-group support, implement EHCP/IEP strategies, and work closely with teachers to maintain high-quality teaching. DBS Update Service is required or willingness to apply; Right to Work in the UK is essential. Competitive daily rates apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational setting.
• Confidence providing 1:1 or small-group support, including EHCP/IEP strategies.
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities
