Job summary

m2r Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN in Huddersfield schools. This supply role offers day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments, enabling flexible work around your availability.

You will provide 1:1 or small-group support, implement EHCP/IEP strategies, and work with safeguarding checks and an enhanced DBS to join our trusted education recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN in an educational setting.
• Ability to provide 1:1 or small-group support, including EHCP/IEP strategies.
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supply support to Huddersfield schools.
• Work with schools on short-term and long-term assignments.
• Support pupils with SEN following EHCP/IEP directions.
