Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Strong knowledge of a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Ability to adapt learning to suit individual pupils.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to use your own initiative.
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute as part of a wider school team.

Responsibilities
