TeacherActive is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Torquay to support pupils with a wide range of additional needs. The role is part-time and long-term, starting in September, with a daily rate of £90–£120.

You will join a welcoming SEND school with an inclusive, nurturing environment and a supportive team. The position offers the chance to work in small class settings, develop skills through CPD, and benefit from a 24/7 consultant onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Strong knowledge of a range of SEND needs.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND in classroom settings.
