Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in North Shields is recruiting a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting. You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning and build confidence throughout the school day.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, adapt approaches to meet individual needs, foster independence and positive social interaction, and collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and celebrate achievements.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in North Shields. You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence throughout the school day.

You'll play an important role in supporting both academic and personal development, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and helping learners overcome barriers to success.
