Witherslack Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll help learners develop abilities and self-esteem and celebrate the small wins that contribute to progress.

The role emphasises resilience and commitment, with strong team support and access to training, holidays aligned with school terms, and opportunities for progression within our network of schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development of pupils with SEN needs.
• Help create a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
