Job summary

IVC in East Anglia seeks outstanding Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join its SEND department and support students with diverse needs in lessons and unstructured times, helping them become independent learners and make steady progress.

You will contribute to bespoke provision, CPD sessions for staff, and cross-trust events, with opportunities for training and development within the ELA family of schools.

Qualifications

• Outstanding and passionate Level 1 Teaching Assistants
• Ability to support SEND students and enable independent learning
• Willingness to deliver training and CPD sessions for staff

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND in lessons and during unstructured times to help them meet their full potential.
• Share expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers.
• Contribute to bespoke provision and inclusive practice within a mainstream education setting.
