Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in welcoming schools across Benfleet. The role offers daily pay of £95-£108 and flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils reach their potential, assist teachers with engaging lessons, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Experience with SEND is desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• The right to work in the UK.
