Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in the UK is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, ASD, and other SEN in a Long-Ditton-based setting. This long-term role starts ASAP, with a daily rate of £110–£130 and a standard school day 8:15 to 16:00.

A DBS or willingness to process one is preferred, and you’ll join a friendly, inclusive team. You will work closely with teaching staff to build positive relationships, support learning, and contribute to an environment that celebrates

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in a school environment with SEND is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEN including ASD, SLD, and PMLD in the classroom.
• Develop positive, caring relationships with students and families.
• Work as part of a team to deliver inclusive learning activities.
