Bluebank School is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to help pupils build confidence and independence. You’ll provide 1:1 and small-group support, foster trusting relationships, and support communication and wellbeing under the guidance of a supportive team.

We value adaptability, resilience and a positive attitude, with a focus on helping pupils achieve their goals. A driving licence is required for this role.

• Get involved in engaging classroom, outdoor and enrichment activities.
• Encourage pupils to try new things, develop new skills and recognise their achievements.
