Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs in schools from September. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils build confidence and independence while working with teachers and staff.

No prior school experience is required; many backgrounds are welcome as long as you bring empathy, patience and a desire to make a difference.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Supporting learning and engagement both inside and outside the classroom.

• Adapting support to meet individual needs and learning styles.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
• Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where all children can succeed.
