Job summary

Envision Education partners with a welcoming specialist school in St Albans to recruit a committed SEND Teaching Assistant. You will support learning across classes, working closely with teachers to aid pupil development and progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school or supporting children with SEND is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.
