The Futures Trust is offering an 18-month Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice position at Camp Hill Primary School in Nuneaton. You will support pupils with SEND, help them access learning, and work closely with teachers to foster confidence and progress in a nurturing school environment.

The role runs 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, with full training and support provided. Applications must be submitted on The Futures Trust application form; CVs are not accepted.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, nurturing and positive Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access learning, develop confidence and thrive within a supportive school environment.

This 18-month apprenticeship is ideal for someone starting their career, changing career, or looking to gain valuable experience in education. Full training and support will be provided throughout the programme.

Working Hours

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

Monday – Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm , Friday 08.00 to 3.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
