Job summary

Manor Leas Infant School in Lincolnshire is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on an individual basis and deliver targeted interventions. The role is 25 hours per week, term-time only, 8:30am–1:30pm, temporary until August 2029.

The successful candidate will need an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, good communication, initiative, and experience with children, ideally with SEND. The school offers a friendly environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children.
• Experience with SEND and delivering interventions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with a pupil on an individual basis to support learning.
• Deliver targeted interventions to aid progress.
• Support other pupils and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCo.
