Job summary

Lindridge St Lawrence CE VA Primary School in Tenbury Wells is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support named children in a nurturing and inclusive setting. You will work with 3 KS1 EHCP students, adapting activities to access the curriculum and promoting positive participation and progress throughout the school day.

The role requires a patient, adaptable team player with a commitment to safeguarding. The position is temporary and part-time, reflecting term-time hours with additional PD days.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in educational settings.
• Ability to adapt classroom activities to support curriculum access.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Team-oriented and capable of contributing to a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with 3 KS1 EHCP students to support their learning.
• Monitor progress and contribute to pupil support plans.
