Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary SEND school in Wombourne for the full 2026/27 academic year, starting in September 2026.
You will support pupils aged 3-11 with SEND, including ASC, SLD, PMLD, SLCN, SEMH, and sensory needs, working closely with class teachers, therapists and the wider support team to deliver personalised learning and provide both classroom and one-to-one support.

In this rewarding role, you will support pupils aged 3-11 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and sensory impairments. You will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and the wider support team to deliver personalised learning and provide both classroom and one-to-one support.
