Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND secondary in Truro. You will support pupils with additional and complex learning needs, helping them access lessons and build essential life skills. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £94–£98 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Experience in a school, specialist provision or similar setting.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs would be advantageous.

Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEND School Location: Truro, Cornwall Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm Pay: £94–£98 per day

You will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional and complex learning needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop important life skills.
