Job Description:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience. Your role will involve:
Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
Supporting students in developing social and academic skills
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to monitor progress
Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working with children with SEND in educational or care settings
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A proactive attitude towards supporting learning and development
Relevant qualifications in education or child care are desirable
