EYFS Teaching Assistant

Area: Sheldon

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30

Salary: £100 - £110 per day

Start date: September

Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is working closely with a nursery school and resource base in Sheldon to recruit a fun, friendly teaching assistant to join their school community.

This role will be within a nursery room with a high ratio of SEND children aged 2-4.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, a team player, flexible, and qualified at Level 2 or 3 in childcare or teaching and learning. Previous nursery experience and expertise in supporting SEND needs are essential.

The successful candidate must be positive, passionate, motivated, and committed to children's wellbeing and development. Flexibility to meet the needs of children and a good understanding of child development and SEN learning processes are required.

This is a rewarding role where you will contribute to making a positive impact on children and families in the local area.
