Job summary

Harehills Primary School in Greater London invites applications for a Classroom Assistant/SEND Teaching Assistant on a 12-month temporary contract starting September 2026. Qualifications

Classroom Assistant Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Contract: Temporary (1 year)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team on at 12 month temporary contract.

The start date would be September 2026. You will be required to work within The Willows team (our SEND provision).

This will include:

• Supporting children and young people who have a range of significant and often complex SEND Working within a team to overcome barriers to learning and enableevery child to make progress
• Inspire & empower children of all abilities and ensure they can take an active part in a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Building effective relationships with colleagues, children and families Implementing bespoke interventions.
