Westfield Infant School is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. We are looking for a caring individual passionate about early childhood education, capable of fostering a nurturing learning environment.

The role involves supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities, and creating a safe, supportive environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in both classroom and outdoor settings.
2. Assisting in planning and preparing engaging activities for early years pupils.
3. Providing a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning.
4. Assessing children's progress and reporting to teachers and parents.
5. Encouraging social and emotional development through play and interaction.
6. Collaborating closely with the class teacher to meet all children's needs.
7. Administering paediatric first aid when necessary and maintaining records.
