Job summary

Envision Education is partnering with a welcoming specialist school in Bushey to recruit committed SEND Teaching Assistants. You will assist children with SEND to access learning, developing communication, independence and social skills in a supportive setting.

You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small-group support, help with learning and emotional regulation, and work with teachers to maintain a safe, positive environment on site in Bushey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Strong behaviour-management and communication skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
